Camellia Travelogue

This illustration series follows the journey of my original character Camellia. Every thousand years, the sacred tree bird of her homeland – Yunting, will be reborn, and fragments of its energy scatter across the world. To maintain the life and balance of this land, she must locate and collect these fragments before the next ceremonial festival.

Accompanied by her spirit fox companion, she travels across different fantasy nations that govern other elements. In the end, she returns hometown with all the fragments and releases them during the festival night, completing the rebirth of the sacred bird and becoming the new elder of her homeland.
